Tomorrow I will close my account from FACEBOOK.
I found and reported a fake profile that uses my name and image.
Facebook administrators answered me that it doesn’t violate their standards of privacy.
But facebook did violate mine. 
I hope my experience will be useful to someone else to understand how is your privacy in care of FACEBOOK (better called FAKEBOOK)
